This place looks nice enough but its just not my cup of chai. Didnt like the music but the staff were nice.
Got pretty disorientated with all the mirrors an stuff....well weird, but worth going just to see something different if nothing else.

Having been in purely for another chance to sample Baltika, i left very impressed.
The bar area at street level was very busy looking, so we made our way downstairs.
The main feature (surprise surprise) is the Soviet Murals. Whilst these are nice, the better attention to detail was on the huge sinks at the bar. Very convincing and very authentic (have a look - it'll make sense then).
Balitka - bloody lovely.
Service - friendly and efficient and the choice of music was bloody good.
I will be back.

Everytime i walk past this place i have to look twice to see if its actually open. been in twice, first time i walked through the main bar+ to the bit at the back; then left. 2nd time went in and found the rest of the bar. The restaraunt looks like some sort of 'private dancing' area and all the mirrors on the stairs leave u feeling drunk and confused - even when sober.aparently theres good drink offers on on certain nights, yet to be confirmed.i liked russia and it reminds me of when i was there.

Deceptive. Immense. Impressive.
All words I would use to describe this place.
You walk in and it looks tiny. It aint.
Cheap and just generally amazing. Exactly what Sauchiehall needed in the way of bars.
Definately up there with Bunker et al.

Loved the toilets and the russian music playing in and outside them!
Thought the cocktail lounge was stunning... but legged in back downstairs to the £1.20 vodka mix. Reasonably priced food, and a MASSIVE screen so a great place to watch the footie.

I thought this place had a good atmosphere, think you could meet someone for a few drinks in here and have a laugh. They have a great selection of vodkas - ask for the apple one or sloberry i think it was called yummy!

I thought the place was great when i was in. Prices were pretty good for such a nice looking place. I was pretty impressed to say the least. I'll be tempted to come in for some food.
