All pubs should be like this! Zep are the greatest, and get played in here! Admire the Scooby Snacks and all food in general! walls covered in interesting memorabilia, bar staff ALWAYS great. Make sure you end up in The Cathouse to end the night. xxxx (that's from my wife)

Im really scared of this pub! Its so noisy and serious "raaaaaawwwwk". Lots of long-haired middle aged men playing air guitar, no really!
Saying that, never seems to take long to get served and I vaguely remember quite nice food. Impossible to have a conversation though. My advice; bring Anadin Extra!

What a cool place. Staff were fannies though, turning off Top Gun to put on goth metal videos. Pffffffft
Was uber cheap as well at £1 odds for a vod coke. Really enjoyed here though. Just chillin.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! This bar is a must for any night out in Glasgow! No pretensions, just a bar full of goths, rock chicks and drinkers who like quality music..

I started going to this Solid Rock when I was 15 and I pulled cool guys every week! They always played the songs I requested and the food is good too.
Drinks aren't that cheap compared to the competition but you pay for quality! Excellent atmosphere if you're into the whole metal/grunge rock thang.

Good pub if you like a lot of hammy, out-of-date sounding soft rock and heavy metal. Otherwise you'll find it pretty tacky. Bar staff are friendly though.

This the premier rock venue in Glasgow. I had a friend up from London and a cousin here from Italy for the Christmas period and both of them were blown away by the ambience here.. We sat downstairs and chilled for an hour or so listening to some quality classic rock before venturing upstairs. The vibe upstairs is wkd. In your face rock with no mercy given.I'm a regular here and it's great to see visitors being impressed with a club rather than thinking, and sometimes saying,WTF!!!
