I came to Dundee just before the refurb in 2004-05ish. It used to be great.

Now it's lost quite a bit of its character and become a rather generic city centre bar with inadequate seating. Admittedly, it always had that, but it used to be part of the charm to be standing in a crowded room. It's lost its atmosphere I believe.

The chef is a genius. Excellent, home-made and really cheap. You cant eat like this anywhere else in Dundee.

Christ!!Is this pub still open??I thought the West Port had died a death.Used to be a 1st class pub in the mid-90's then like i said the place died a death.Remember fighting with sadass students in the beer garden,ohh what fun!!those were the days.

tally ho's!back in the old youngster drinking days of mine!......now im an old fogey of nearly 22 (next week!)i still go ocassionally for their mega cheap cocktails, one jug and im on the floor.. lightweight!

Fantastic pub - never heard of any complaints. Their food menu is good too - especially their irish breakfasts on paddy's day. YUM! :)

i do like tallys. there is a man who drinks in there all the time that looks like 'Bricktop' from the film snatch. i also like posting root vegetables to random people so take from that what you may
