This is a great pub. A bit narrow but one of the best pints of Tennets lager in town.

My how things have changed since the post below,this pub is now absolutely dead all the time now.If you look in every nite you'll be lucky to see two punters in the place.No exaggeration! There's usually just a solitary drinker and the barman.How they can afford to keep the doors open is a mystery.

OK mistakes have been made on this. The pub is called s&g's, short for "The Star and Garter" I am correct, i work there. The place is small but its great at the weekend packed wall to wall it gives it a great atmosphere, and the karaoke is out of the world, alot of talented singers can be seen in the star and garter.
