Its got a really good atmosphere, the music is different but quality

I was in the O'Neills beside George Sq on Friday afternoon after a hard days shopping trip with a few uni mates.

Tastiest tuna melt bagette i have EVER tasted and so cheap!
Really small but all the staff seemed friendly enough.

Bit of a laugh when we all got id'd by the guy taking our orders after we had already bought drinks!
Bit of a joke considering i defo dont look underage - im 20 for christ sake and a few of my mates are 23+

which O'Neill's?? I have found three since I moved down here... one near queen st station, one in that big square placey off candleriggs and one with the music rooms upstairs on Sauchihall st near the garage.

O'Neils is a great pub, really friendly and the food is great!

i went in friday there...they had a live singer doin songs like brown eyed girl etc and i thought it was brilliant...atmosphere was great with everyone singin along. Drinks were also quite cheap!

The last time i was in this pub was for the Uefa cup final and WHAT an atmosphere! This place is a gr8 laff, u may notice a pattern in me reviewing irish pubs! It's cos...well i luv em! This place is great though, a good place for a pre-club pint...or 8. I ain't ever noticed ne managers but i'll keep my eyes out!

This bar has the potential to be a great place. Sympathy goes out to the otherwise friendly, outgoing barstaff who must struggle for job satisfaction under the poe faced, customer blind management who operate here.
