well what can i say about mono? not a lot. went up for a look on saturday night at 2.25 am and was told in a very unfreindly manner "THE DOORS ARE CLOSED" mmmmm

Himin, its called mono now and its bastartin great, esp if you have a VIP Membership card cos you get voddies all night for £1.... What more can you ask for...!!! And its not full of little tramps anymore, they dont like it as it looks more classy now, rather than looking like the underground rail path through tilly!!

the club has just been bought over and it going to get a rather large refurb in the very near future. it is going to go upper class like soul. so all you minks look out none of you will get in.

tend to stay away from places like minksville is there any decent places to go or is it all full of minkers from the metro??

I like it, the booze is cheap the staff are nice. does have under agers but some good laughs there.

Big change to this place in the last 4 months!! Used to go here regular 'bout 4 years ago.... top club in town. Then 2 things happened. 1) cheap booze.... 2) Metro started refusing the minks and they needed a place to go, and with cheap drink, they called the Cotton Club "home". Been Avoiding this place for a while but went in there last Saturday (10/4/04). New Manager, New Doorstaff, New DJ, Had a brilliant night. OK, so there are still underagers going in, but as the doormen said, "if they've got good fake ID's, we cant tell sometimes." Pretty Soon though they'll have to start charging at the dor along with other "free entry" clubs in Aberdeen due to licensing change & the cheep booze will be a goner as well, so that should send the minks home. New music policy as well..... bye bye Dr. Dre, 2-Pac and all that gangsta nigger shit.... just provokes violence. good mix of new dance, cheese and r'n'b & chart. This place is starting to come alive again, by mid-summer the hoes n minks will be history I reckon and the Metro will have another load of trouble on their hands. But seriously..... Invest a bit of dough Luminar..... thus place has so much potential!!

I think scotlands_tatarn got it in one "DONT GRANT ANOTHER LICENCE". To enter upon a full blown war between the torry and kincorth scum is enough but to have to try and find something to pull amongst a horde of spotty school girls is down right disgraceful. Also if you're not able to fend off ten neds with knifes then don't step foot inside as you'll likely be stabbed in the back!! Doormen - get a grip!!!!!
