We stayed in Rosemount Hall about 2 years ago, didn't fancy TKs and it was just up the road. When we went in, everyone stared cos we were students but then when we sat down, kept ourselves to ourselves, had a quiet drink and caused no trouble ... they were quite welcoming. Its not a bad place really!

I have never been in this establishment but I have a friend who is a regular and was offended by pussy's review. He claims it is the bollox and there's nae ony boorachies. He's invited me over to see for myself and I'll let you know what I think

In the surrounding ambience of 80 shilling and thick cigarette smoke, the most intelligent conversation you'll get is Which PUFF scored for the HUNS from a blatent offside decision? Food is really good though, i'm sure i'm not the first to sample the manageress' pie!

Good place for a quiet pint. Feels like time stopped in there somewhere are the early 70s which has a certain appeal.

This place reeks of clique-ism if there ever was such a word. Very hostile towards anybody who wasn't born within two feet of the front door and everybody stands in little "boorachies" talking meaningless buckets of shit and looking any strangers up and down with what i can only describe as a withering sneer. Why I'll never know?..The regulars stand there pontificating about the riff-raff that's just moved into"THEIR" area...total unwarranted snobbery brought about by mindless 1/2 pint swilling psuedo-snobs who go out for a good time with £4.20...give it a miss!
