THIS CLUB IS THE PITS. DO NOT GO!!!! The doormen are so unfair its unbelievable. I was ment to go ere 4 my m8s birthday last saturday. As im at uni in Aberdeen I came down especially 4 this occasion. Wen we went to the club my boyfriend & I were told that we werent gona be allowed in. 4 no reason at all!! They gave the poxy excuse of saying that we were skipping the queue and avoidin to pay. Even tho there was no queue and We werea waiting to pay, purse in hand!! so i cudnt go in & i didnt see any of my friend. total ruined wkend!! THE DOORMEN ARE ARSEHOLES. DO NOT GO. EVER!

i have been in the club once and i loved it i know dave aka chunk the tatoo in his head now is the shag tag logo and it looks cool as fuck on him. The door staff are the best ive seen so far and do there job properly

Shag tag is great if you like meat markets. You're given a number.....which i stuck on the sole of my shoe, and whoever takes a fancy to you leaves you a message.... even their number.. wow... what more could you want?!?! You could want to get out of there and not listen to all the bloody rnb shit. However, its quite a tidy place and there's a hot bar guy. It's good if you like Pop and RnB and your out for a bit of a snog and dance. :-s Must say though... not my scene

bouncers are complete twats, im surprised this place makes any money at all with the amount of people they knock back for absolutely no reason at all.

Been in once and that was enough, full of people who act really wide because they are in groups of 15!! Drinks too expensive and the place is a dive!

Sweaty, smelly and full of people who just want to stab you and steal your trainers. Worse DJ's than Revulsion, obviosly they are the bottom of the barrel and prolly get paid to match it... £30 a night!!! keep up the good work boys!!! lol

The door staff are a deterant to a club which on all other aspects attracts nice people. Despite being sober, presentable and polite my friend and I have been subject to the tempramental attitude of the door staff on a no of occasions. One of which is distinctly ugly and fat with a tattoo on the back of his bald head. Perhaps he and his sheep associate want you to lick their arse in order to get in....but I for one will go elsewhere!

upstairs in gaia was a good night on friday night.

the bouncers were utter s**t at gaia and seem to be the same at stereo. how the f**k can shag tag be a couples night? and if it is a student night, why cant telford college students get in? why dont the bouncers just say "no, i dont like the look of you mate" ????

Stereo has just been refurbished from gaia...and wow, what a transformation!!!
The chillout games-room is very cool and different, the main and upper bar are also very cool! I cant fault this place, drinks were quite expensive at the weekend but thats to be expected in edinburgh i suppose.
Another great thing about this club is the atmosphere, u will be happy to know its strictly NO SCHEMIES!!!!
What a relief, finally a friendly place where u dont have to keep looking over your shoulder!
