What a load of PISH...(Seems like you have to start this with that) We are coming to Edinburgh next month for a birthday bash, having read the reviews about this place (which we are going to be staying near to) I can't wait to go. We have a club in Sunderland (Ku club) which, by the sounds of it, is exactly the same. Indie music is the best!! Hope we're not disapointed!

A load of Pish?!?! Wash your mouth out! Citrus club is the best Saturday night out, if you like that sort of thing! Plays all the best indie music: Kings of Leon, Bloc Party, Interpol, Yeah yeah yeahs, Kaisers, Futureheads, Hot hot heat... you name it. Plays all the old ones too. I'll warn you though if you want to wear heels, keep your hair tidy and makeup imaculate, forget it! Secret is to get in early and get in free! Great atmosphere, basically a building thrown on concrete, but thats why we love it! If you can't be arsed taking ages getting ready, throw on your jeans, t shirt and chucks and you'll be fine. Religiously in there on a Saturday night....can't beat it!

Im sorry but for what your paying it is preaty poor. The music however is good especilly on sat nights if you like indie but they could at least make an effort to make the place look a bit better than the dingy shit hole that it is.

What a lot of pish - went on a Friday night and the best part of the whole 2 1/2 hourse spent inside was the guy falling over the railing and straight onto the dance floor!! If you enjoy dark dingy nightclubs full of overaged twats drolling over incredibly ugly women then this is your place - the free finger of fudge given when we paid to get it was the only sweet thing there - the walls are black artex, the lighting utter crap and the DJ wants to get his ass down to the job centre - will never grace this shit hole with my presence ever again and me thinks ragin horn will agree with my comments for once

One of the better places in Edinburgh to go. It's nothing special to look at but who cares it plays good music and the people are all generally cool. Only bad thing is the pints which are a bit watered down badly.

After years of swearing I would never go near this place my boyfriend finally managed to drag me in. Probably not on the best night as I was all dressed up for a night on the town with skirt, sandles and all and felt completely out of place!! I must admit though if you are out for a bevvie in your casual clothes and fancy a wee dance to some indie / classics or the likes of primal sceam & chemical brothers then this can be a good night - if you are anti-student or small minded - dont even think about it, definately a jeans & trainers joint.

I like this one on a Friday night. Good 80's music. Always alternative people it is good to know you can dress how yuo want in here and no one will say anything (not that I dress out of the ordinary!!)
