I worked at La Belle for over three years and it was certainly my tutor in all things clubwise. Like all other former staff, I was absolutely devastated with the news of it being no more. Fortunately for more of the same, the clubs former manager (one of the best in the business) now runs Honeycomb. Check it out. *****

One my Edinburgh Top Five Clubs. I love it and the Music is wicked. People go apeshit and no one knows or cares how dumb he looks while shaking his studenty and pale limbs on the dancefloor. Very very good club, if only for the Music Policy.

Atomic Baby on the last Saturday of each month has to be one of the best club nights in Edinburgh. Good mixture of people all of whom are friendly and there for the same reason - to have a dance to great uplifting house and have a great time. The door searches are quite heavy though. Only downside would be it's on the same night as Colours at the Liquid Room which is just up the road although if you are like me and prefer a more laid back and friendly atmosphere then this definately gets my vote! You wont know unless you go!!!

The clubbers club.

A better atmosphere than The Honeycombe but with a very strict search policy. Get luvved up and go to Ultragroove for the best house night. There's a slight problem with the Grassmarket detritus that turns up but other than that it's an excellent venue with a good variety of nights.

Nice venue with a wide and varied selection of nights, all of which tend to have one thing in common. They all attract friendly people and the music is generally fantastic! Nights include silly techno, drum `n bass, house, funky `60s stuff, etc, etc. Can`t complain, can you?

Ok its a sit hole if u ask me but yes the music is fat as fuck Mc skibadee was ace! Shy fx was good too its drum n bass does kick as mischief is amazing but its a messssss
