Bar staff weregood, but the thing about the private school shit.....too true. Saw a guy looking like "Where's Wally" on a bad hair day, with one of the nicest chicks I'd ever seen. Wierd.

I've not been to Pad since 2001 so I cant comment on it at the moment.
But not all the Hutchy lot are wanks. I like 2 of them. They know who they are.

I think it is a pretty cool pub. The clientele however leaves a great deal to be desired. On the pub side: good drinks promos (e.g. 2 for 1 on a Saturday night), good tunes, hot-ass barmaids. On the punter side though: public school boy bum-chums commending one another on how wicked cool they are. They are not. The birds are bootylicious though, foxy posh totty left, right and indeed centre. They are totally up themselves too, however that’s not such a bad place to be.

As its been said before this place is a Hutchie haunt. full of 16/17 year olds stuck up prats! Far too busy at weekends. On the plus side the monday night quiz is ok and the 'surprise' round is usually a laugh!

It is beyond me where the appeal of this bar emanates from. Packed with shool kids from Glasgow's private school "Hutchie".
Bogs and seating have been done on the cheep.
Stella on tap gains a few points but on the whole to be given a body-swerve.

it is pretty fuckin bollocks... full of private school people who all know each other. daft wee rich kids snorting gear in the toilets too, making it so obvious that they might as well shout "IM COOL AS FUCK, IM BATTERING GEAR IN THE JOHNS"

i was in here last nite wi my mate we were disgusted they were guys that looked about 15 getting in and the our mate whos 20 and looks it got id. service was crap and the guy were stuck up little boys from private schools just happy they got in to a pub. music was good and the drink was ok priced apart from that no go.

Its hard to get served in the bar at the pad, one minute theres theres four staff the next theres one. Which begs the question "What are they doin' in the kitchen?"
