This is an excellent pub to bring visiting foreign dignitaries (or just pals)to give them a taste of 'Scotland.' Although why the have a statue of Terry Thomas is beyond me. (Well it looks like Terry Thomas).

I like this place although it is a bit out the way for me. A cosy atmosphere and relaxed staff.
Not quite an 'old man's pub' but getting there.

Lovely pub, very cosy atmosphere... was served drinks by kilted men, always good. Wee bit expensive but nice all the same. Quiz on Wednesdays is good.

i looooooooove this place, even though i can't pronounce the name (i've been informed by my friend that it's Sheish Kebab...highly doubtful though). Traditional wee Scots pub, with great big tables and comfy ass seats-great place to start the night, however you might find it difficult to leave,it's that good. brilliant

This bar has the funniest, sexiest, best looking staff in Glasgow ;-}
But seriously, It's a cracking wee pub with a great mix of Clientelle.
One problem seems to be the continual raising of prices, but get past that and you will find a great place to relax between (or instead of)lectures

Great pub. Good atmosphere and a fantastic selection of malt whiskey from bar tenders who have knowledge. Traditional decor and quite medieval style seating arrangement. Bar looks really good and no pretentious gits.

I like this watering hole, although I find it a little strange !! Good mix of punter with quick service from friendly bar staff. I still don't know how to pronounce its name or what it means !!
