Photo Guidelines

Before uploading photos please make sure you are familar with these guidelines and that the photos you upload are not against the rules

Photos which are deemed to be against the rules will be removed, and you may loose access to this feature if you frequently upload suspect photos.

Content

Photos should not be offensive, obscene, pornographic or illegal to distribute according to Scottish law.

Images you upload should be photographs taken by you or photographs of you. Please do not upload 'random' images, photographs of celebrities you like (unless you took them obviously - eg at a gig), funny images or any image copied from another website.

Please use common sense when uploading photos - in addition to obviously offensive photos we may remove other photos if we receive complaints

Ownership

You must own copyright to the images you upload or you must have permission from the copyright holder to post them

You will retain ownership to the photos you upload, however you agree that if the images are linked from outside NightB4 we have permission to add a NightB4 logo to them.
